Stígamót is an Icelandic non-profit organization established in 1990, dedicated to combating sexual violence and providing support to survivors of sexual abuse. They offer free and confidential counseling services, self-help groups, and educational programs for individuals of all genders who have experienced sexual violence, as well as their families. Stígamót also actively engages in political advocacy for legal reform and increased justice in cases of sexual abuse.
