Afturelding, officially Ungmennafélagið Afturelding (meaning 'Dawn Youth Club'), is a professional multi-sports club from Mosfellsbær, Iceland, founded in 1909. The club is particularly known for its handball, football, and volleyball teams. Their men's handball team won a national championship in 1999 and the Icelandic Men's Handball Cup in 1999 and 2023.
