Íranar refers to the people of Iran, a country in the Middle East. In recent Icelandic media, "Íranar" have been reported to have used a significant number of drones for attacks on their neighbors, who in turn have used expensive missiles to counter them. While Iran and Iceland are geographically distant, they maintain diplomatic relations, with Iran having an embassy in Reykjavik.
