Knattspyrnufélagið Fram, commonly known as Fram, is a professional Icelandic multi-sport club founded on May 1, 1908, in Reykjavík. It is one of Iceland's oldest and most successful sports clubs, particularly known for its football and handball teams. Fram has won 18 national football championship titles and seven national cup titles, making it one of the biggest teams in Icelandic football history. The club also has strong handball teams, with both men's and women's teams playing in the top division of Icelandic handball. Ethel Gyða Bjarnasen is a goalkeeper for Fram's handball team and has been called up to the Icelandic national team.
