Brimkló was an influential Icelandic band formed in 1972, known for being one of the first Icelandic groups to play American country music and popularize it in the country. The band was active through the 1970s and early 1980s, performing at various events and releasing music. Notable members included Björgvin Halldórsson and Ragnhildur Gísladóttir, who later left to form the all-female rock band Grýlurnar.
